All Consultation forms will be emailed to you at the time of your booking and will need to be completed and returned before the day of your appointment
A Deposit of £100 will be required to secure your booking, this will be used towards your treatment price however, should you cancel with less than 48 hours notice the deposit will be non refundable. If you want to move your booking to another day, please do this with at least 48 hours notice we can move your appointment and deposit along with it
